How much power do you let words have over you
It is important to recognize how you feel with regards to word that describe concepts about wealth, riches and money.
If I say to you: “Tax free”. How does it make you feel?
Tax free is used to describe a sum of money that you get to keep all of. For most people the phrase ‘tax free’ gives them a good feeling.
What about if I say: “The tax man”? Do you have the same kind of feelings? The phrase ‘the tax man’ gives most people a negative feeling.
If it’s too large a leap to have a good feeling when thinking about the tax man then have a neutral feeling boarding on happy. Take out the emotional sting to it. (You can use the N.L.P Spinning technique or Swish Patten for this)
If you owe the tax man $1000, 000 then you should have a good feeling! Paying tax is something you have to do and the more tax you give to the tax man, the more you are earning and keeping for yourself and the richer you are.
